Software changes leads to incorrect eviction notices

A software error may be to blame for a group of residents in Atlantic City receiving eviction notices when they were in fact up to date with their rent payments.

Officials with the Atlantic City Housing Authority confirmed Monday that about 60 residents of the complex in the city's Westside section were given eviction notices Saturday, when only about nine were behind on their monthly payments.
