Hospital patients receive wrong test results

A computer programming error has led hospital patients in Israel to be given other people's medical test results. Around 40 people received the wrong lab results before a doctor noticed the error.

A Health Ministry statement, issued Wednesday, explains that the incidents occurred as a result of a computer program error. The statement went on to say that none of the patients suffered any harm as a result of the mix-up.
