Ah the computer gremlins strike at health insurance company Kaiser in California. Kaiser admits that a computer error resulted in incorrect bills being sent to a bunch of people in Northern California. Phone lines have melted down with disgruntled customers trying to reverse bills for sometimes hundreds of dollars.

Kaiser's home page trumpets:
"Kaiser Permanente's programs in California – in which it serves more than 6 million people – received perfect four-star scores for clinical quality in an annual report from the state agency that advocates for the rights of health plan members."
But curiously doesn't mention the billing problems.
